[Pending] Huge pile of stuck NPCs in Skyfire Mountains

Near 3500, -100 there is a lava river and there are 30+ wurms and other critters all stuck there and stacked on one another.

FWIW I both see these mobs and they show on track.

They are actually there. This seems to be an issue with some sort of pathing grids mobs use for roaming. Setting this to pending as we will need to look into it.

I was able to charm one in the pile and a huge chunk of them come out to chase. I think they just respawn right there though as by time we clear the train there are more back in the stuck spots. I suspect the Eldrig placeholder is stuck in there as we've spent over 30 hours now working on getting the PH'er to spawn with no luck.
